Grad No.1 is designed to maintain your wine at the perfect serving temperature when taken from your wine cellar or refrigerator. If you're starting with a room-temperature bottle, Grad No.1 cools it similarly to a standard refrigerator, taking approximately 30 minutes for a red wine bottle and 55 minutes for a white wine bottle to reach the Perfect Serve temperature.
